Sanny 👋🏽: Ht1's fully automated patient registration solution
Lightning Webpages ⚡️: Ht1's modern, centralised website replacement
After setting some ambitious goals we achieved a 56% score across the board. Amongst our top achievements we have been:
- 🏛 Getting Sanny pilot ready - Built out our main registration product 'Sanny' to 80% functionality and deployed it across UK servers.
- ⚡️Evolving lightning pages - Designed a V3 of our 'Lightning Pages' product with plans to build and deploy this in the next GC.
- 👨⚕️Readying up pilot with GPs - Commitment from 6 practices ready for our upcoming pilot and have selected one in Herne Hill to kick things off!
- 🏎 Applying to 2 accelerators - Applied to Y Combinator and prepared an application for the NHS Innovation Accelerator.
- 🙋Running patient tests - Run 3 user-testing sessions with 28 patients to test the functionality of Sanny and Lightning Pages.
- 💡Launching the innovation hub - Built our proposal for a Ht1 innovation hub and office space within one of F4HG's GP Practices.
- 🧠 Building knowledge bases - Spent time becoming knowledge leaders in primary care and documenting this into a 'Patient Care Coordinator Training Pack' for First 4 Health Group and a 'Manage Patient Demand through Digital Transformation Training Pack' for accuRx to be shared with 1,000+ practices in the New Year
- 🎨 Releasing brand guidelines & assets - We've settled on a brand direction and have built an initial suite of assets with brand copy to match!
Team changes:
This growth cycle we bid farewell to our designer Valentina 🐳 as she pursues her creative ambitions by joining a new design agency!
We've also welcomed Brian 🐼 who brings his passion for global public health into the Primary Care sector!

We have submitted our application to the world renowned Y Combinator programme and have mapped our application to the NHS Innnovation Accelerator ahead of its 16th October deadline.
🧪 Hitting personal goals highlights -- 77% achievement
Besides all this our team have been working hard to hit our personal goals too! We've been active everyday 💪, ran half marathons 🏃♂️, spent time meditating 🧘, reading 📖, travelling 🌍, sleeping 😴 and cooking 🧑🍳.
